As an integral part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective operation of the office and team. Tasks and roles will vary to align with the dynamic nature of our business, but will range from general office duties (phones, office supplies, meeting scheduling) to supporting project managers with expense tracking, meeting coordination, and processing document transfers between the office and our clients. This role is an on-site, hourly role with flexibility in hours and days. Core hours are from 9am to 2pm, minimum 4 days per week. No engineering or technical experience required, the key to success is a pro-active, engaging, and positive attitude, and willingness to dig in and help wherever necessary.
Experienced Mechanical Engineer with background in Mechanical system design/analysis. Preferred experience with industrial and commercial HVAC system design, Building/Facility Utilities (Steam, Chilled Water, Compressed air, etc.).
Experienced Project manager to lead a team of engineers, or lead customer capital projects from inception to closeout. Preferred experience in large scale commercial or industrial facilities.
