Design electrical systems for various projects using Autocad MEP software. Perform calculations and design electrical systems for projects of all sizes. Perform Arc Flash analysis for systems of all sizes. Create plans, schematics, make equipment selections, load calculations, systems narratives and specifications. Conduct field surveys and site evaluations. Coordinate with other consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve issues and provide technical information/solutions. Discuss and provide feedback on equipment selections with manufacturers reps and project managers. Research and analyze design specifications, manuals and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost and maintenance requirements of designs. Review applicable design standard requirements, codes and regulations as they relate and impact design development. Complete assignments in a timely manner required to meet deadlines. Occasional (domestic) local travel to job sites.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. In addition to degree, must also have: Three (3) years’ experience in electrical engineering/design experience in industrial arena. Within this, must also have two (2) years’ experience with each of the following: AutoCAD MEP software; Microstation software; and EasyPower analysis software. Must also have: Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Capable of time management and possesses good organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team or individual situations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A U.S. driver’s license is also required.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead a team of engineers, or lead customer capital projects from inception to closeout. Preferred experience in large scale commercial or industrial facilities.
